Finally, after a long, long struggle my wife got the CEFR Level 1 in Cambridge English KEY exam. However, she couldn't get the pass marks, therefore they wouldn't issue the certificate. No problem, as UKBA don't require any documents but, there is another problem.

For tests taken on or after 6
April 2013: no documents
required (Scores must be
verified using the Cambridge
English online system using
name, date of birth and
passport number).

There is no date of birth and passport number on the statement of results shown in Cambridge online system. The exam center says that the DOB and passport number printed on pass certificate, they don't publish these details online.

Anyone could help me to verify that the Cambridge online system don't publish DOB and Passport number??
Any suggestion what should we do??
