Hiii please I need help: a divorce with my wife before 1 month and I applied for pr eea4 after 3 years I send my application to the ho I do work for more then 3 years and my ex wife working I send all her payslips and p60 p45 for the last 3 years and I send my work contract payslips and p60 please someone advise do they prove it

I dont know what u mean pr after 3 years . U cant appply b4 5 years in uk living nd work .

Thanks max for replay yes I applied been married for 3,6 years I send my application to the ho applied for eea4 Permanent residence I send the ho every thing for me and for my wife why I can't apply ? Thanks

Max is correct. The EEA 4 is likely to be refused.

EEA 2 would have been the most appropriate form to use.

Thanks obie nice one bro ,,, might be the think I came as student in 2009 married in 2011 start working got long term contract I pay tax my ex wife same she came in 2008 I send to the ho my payslips p60 contract prove of address and for my ex wife same thing from the date we got married till divorce so if they refuse what will happen next I mean which application I should send it if they refuse thanks obie :)

If they refuse just fill EEA2 asking for Retention of Right as a divorced person. Because your marriage did not last 5 years you will be lucky if they give you the Permanent Residence

Hiiii please if someone could answer I send my application eea4 in 27 / 11 / 2014 ,,, coa received 21/12/ 2014 ,,, pr still waiting how long at takes till I know what ho doing it's now 4 month heard nothing so if there is any wrong with my application so they must tell me by now or before is that's right I read some of form here some people send there eea4 application and if there is any wrong with the application or the document not complete so the ho office return or refuse in early stage please is that's right I'm really worried about it to wait all this days and after nothing because I do work but the thing I got security check at work so they will ask me again after 1 month where my passport ? Please any advice or a peace of hope

As stated previously, your application will almost certainly be refused.

The question is, when the refusal will arrive.

Thanks obie for answering yes if they refuse why at take them that long might send my application before the 6 month end and I do work now got security checks at work so why they don't send it now so I can think what to do ? So that mean when they take this long means refuse ??

Thanks obie for replay ta that's right :) u really very helpful nice one bro ,,, my application now up to 6 month but today to home office send me another cirtificate of application for 6 month again on all my life never heard same thing ,, that mean I will be waiting for long long time now and drink coffee .,I don't know now what they are doing ? Hope at will be fine

Mate calm down . I'm pretty sure your application will be rejected . Why are you spamming this thread ? No one here is gonna be able to give you any further inputs . You applied for the wrong thing , should have done some research . Just wait for the refusal now.

The HOme Office must have been incredibly confused by your application .

I am sure the refusal would not have come as a surprise.

You should consider your position, in accordance with the notice that was provided to you, which would have explained your appeal rights and the next step to take.
