K1 visa - help needed

Hi,

My Fiancee is currently staying in England with me (on a tourist visa) until January, does anyone know whether it would be possible for us to apply for a K1 fiancee visa entirely from England whilst she's still here, she has friends in America who could post us documents etc.

Finding it hard to find information on this so any help would be greatly appreciated.[/b][/quote]

I believe a US citizen can apply from outside the country to enter the US on K1 visa. I'm sure I've read that's okay. Just as long as when she does enter you both marry within 90 days of her entry.

My mistake. No you can't. You would probably then have to look at the spouse visa (I think K-3) - which means you'd have to marry first.
