EEA3 infortmation on application

Hello everyone,

I'm thinking of submitting EEA3 application.
The problem I have is with the supporting documentation.

I arrived/started work in 09/2009.
I have WRS card for my first employer (issues 09/2009)
I don't have P60's for 04/2009-2010 and 04/2010-2011.
Also, I don't have any payslips from that employer. Unfortunately I'm unable to receive any replacement from that employer.

For the subsequent years I have all payslips and P60s.
The question is what other documents will I need to present for the 2009-2011 years?
If I request a statement of National Insurance contributions from HMRC, will that be enough?

I'd be thankful for your answers.

You can request employment history which should be acceptable.

The link you've provided contains employment history requests for different needs. I guess the following one "Confirmation of National Insurance for UK citizenship, passport or residency purposes" is the one that I need to apply for?

Is there anyone who has applied for the employment history and used that?
I guess it is free, as there's not price stated on the website.
