FPN to inform

Need your help again please, i had few FPN in the past more than a year ago. But i never noted anything but sure nothing in the last year. Do i need to tell all the FPN in the form, if so how can i find out the previous ones.

Check your driving record on the DVLA website.

I am not sure parking notice offence will appear in DVLA driving records.

Parking notice is not an FPN. FPNs are issued by Police.
If you haven't received more than 1 parking fine(PCN) in last 12 months then you dont need to mention it.
