Tier-1 extension section 1 of application form

Guys,

When I started filling the application form for main dependant, on Page 5, it is mentioned about £1607 (standard postal) and asking card and account details to debit it from whereas I have already paid £4014 when booked the appointment online. It doesn't mention anything about it on the form. Only detailed about £1607.

Please can you clarify. Need this at the earliest please.

leave it blank as you already paid online just keep PDF payment sheet along with other documents when you attend PEO.
