Extended Family Visa

Post by Christianoronaldo » Sun Jan 04, 2015 12:13 am

Hi

I have recently moved in Ireland. I'm british citizen exercising treaty rights in Ireland. I have 34 years old sister having 2 kids. They are financially dependent on me. I want to bring them in Ireland under "Directive 2004/38/EC on the rights of citizens of the Union and their family members to move and reside freely within the territory of Member States". I'll be grateful if someone can help me with following questions:

1. Type of visa she'll need to apply form Pakistan? (online application link will be highly appreciated)
2. Documents I need to submit in my application?

I'll be grateful for any responses.

Regards

honestly speaking its very hard process but you need to prove that dependency of your sisters and kids I would suggest you to take a help of some solicitors in your home country ,,,,
