Applying for ROR after divorce

Hi,

I am going to apply for ror after divorce in a month time as divorce process is going to be finalized soon.I am applying ROR as a worker and at the moment my wife is also a worker,I am confused over working hours of my wife and myself.

She is working 20 hours a week and I am working 10 hours a week.I know before divorce I have to attach her payslips and after divorce is going to be mine, problem is will home office consider us as a worker?

after reading here i am lil confused that there should be 24 hours min earning threshold to be qualified as a worker ..

offcourse 10 hours per week is not enough but I m not worried about a survival here cz of money , I want to know if its enough for RC purpose, but thanks.

Im asking how live but i mean home office will ask themself how this man specially when u send ur bank statments nd they see how u get ur money from . How u effect them economice nd taxes .
ror is not straighgforward case nd u must have convenient evidence for it . U need legal seeker . Ror is not only 3 years years married nd wife qualify nd resident in uk but u must also them u r can depend on urself nd qualify person after divorce . I think they would refuse ur application as u r not activity economic nd qualify depend on urself . Even though u might have big problem as they will see the sourse of ur living in ur bank statment specially if it come through someone or regular in certine day each period tht mean u earn cash in hand nd tht would make ur application so hard
there obie is well good in ror nd might tell u the right nd this dite give a number of lawyer well good nd he assist my case now .

well I have received my final divorce certificate which says "Extract Decree of Divorce"

only 2 date have mentioned,


date of marriage: 04 November 2011
date of decree: 05 January 2015

I initiated the divorce proceedings after 3 years of marriage but now I am confused that how I am going to prove it as its not mention in divorce certificate .I live in Scotland, here divorce process is very quick I submitted my petition on 24th of November 2014, on the basis of 1 year separation.

Are you sure that your divorce is finalized in 2 months (Nov-jan)? Usually divorce based on separation require 2-5 years of separation then how comes scottish law is more quick and soft then england marriage law?

well yes its my divorce so I am sure ! I was surprised too when my lawyer told me that here in Scotland divorce procedure is simple and quick when there are no children under 16 and no financial matters involve. It took 42 days all together not even 2 months.

Thanks for confirming it as it must be a new practical knowledge that how comparatively it is so quick in Scotland, and probably the population is less and courts not so busy. But regarding your question, I think if you have the copy of petition then you can prove that you applied divorced after 3 years.
