Questions for PIO application based on Spouse.

Hi,

I have a few questions regarding applying for PIO cards based on my spouse. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1) Can I type the details on the form or do they want hand written form?
2) Do I need to send the original documents? if so is it better to visit in person and would they take photocopies after they check originals?
3) My spouse has an OCI card which she got recently so why do they need all her details again? Is the marriage certificate enough?
4) I trust you cannot make appoints is there any tips on going and queuing ?

1 - either hand written or type
2 - check HCI website for specific documentation requirements - https://www.hcilondon.in/pio.html
3 - because this is a separate application
