ILR Eligibilty

Hi,

Please can you let me know if i am eligible to apply for ILR this March 2015 or do i need to extend my Tier 1 extension?

as per the dates

First Tier 1 General Visa Application Submission Date: 31st March 2010 (As per the UKBA Letter)
First Tier 1 General Visa: Valid From: 28th Apr 2010 and Valid Until: 31st Mar 2013
Second Tier1 General Visa: Valid From: 13th Mar 2013 and Valid Until: 13th Mar 2015

HI Sree,

I am in similar situation, I am short of 10 days for my full 5 year but I am pretty sure you can apply 28 days before your 5 year complete.

Second Tier1 General Visa: Valid From: 13th Mar 2013 and Valid Until: 13th Mar 2015

As per information provided you its appears you need another extension your 1st Visa grant date start from 28th April 2010 and you are completing 5 years on 28th April 2015 so earliest you can apply 28 days before to complete 5 years which is 31st March 2015 but your visa is running out on 13th March 2015.

Is the date you provided in your query First Tier 1 General Visa: Valid From 28th Apr 2010 and Valid Until: 31st Mar 2013
is correct its seems you did typing mistake it should valid from 31st March 2010 TO 31st March 2013 for 3 years ?
