Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General dependent

Post by dharmik222738 » Wed Jan 07, 2015 5:50 am

Hello Friends,

I have been to UK on ICT Short term staff migrant visa in May 2011 (Short by 1 month here :) ). And I served cooling off period.
I again got UK Short term staff migrant visa in Aug 2013 for a year and in order to serve cooling off period I left the country in Aug 2014, and I am in India now.
Fortunately now we found sponsor for my wife, who is willing to give her sponsorship, and I am thinking to apply T2G for her, as cool off is not applicable to her,
My question is, as I am serving cooling off, and if I apply for dependent visa, will it create any problem or delay?

Will it make my wife's T2G process negative/dealying ?

And my case applying as dependent is negative as I am serving cooling off? Is there anyone who has experienced this before?

I do not want any negative results from UKVI, so taking extra care here before taking any step ahead.

Thanks.
