verfication to apply new course

Hi all,

I came to UK in 2012 as a student, and I have finished my studies in 2014, my Visa expires in 2014 August but my Graduation in November so applied for FLR VISA in September and its was refused in November 4th, but my graduation was on 24th of November, so I appeal against the discussion. now I received my graduation and want to apply for new course.

what I want to know is will I able to apply for a course, because I decided to withdraw the application of FLR (O).
Please do need the advice and proper information to apply for my studies.

hi,

first of all, why did you not apply for a new course in the first place and why a FLR application?

Current situation in terms of admissions in to good/genuine colleges and universities is pretty difficult and there is a very less chance that you will get your self admitted based on:

1. your immigration history
2. your intentions to study
3. will you go back upon completion of your study.

even if you are able to acquire a cas there is a high chance that you will not be able to pass the credibility interview where you will be asked about your FLR application.
