According to AN guide, yes they could. I haven't seen anybody here with definite answer about PCNs as refusing someone on the basis of PCN is just like an excuse. Nothing to do with good character.shivcs wrote:Thanks Khurshid.

I did declare this offence in the Naturalisation application. However I didn't say it was issued by a police.
Do UKVI check if it was issued by a Court or Police before making a decision?
