DX Secure

My ILR was approved at Croydon centre on Sat 10th Jan. Does Home Office still use DX Secure to send the BRP ?

Did you photocopy all your paperwork when you went in person to apply?

Yes, I did photocopy everything except SET(O) form and photographs.
