Dependant visa query

Hi,

I am having ILR (converted from Tier 2 ICT).Getting confused if I have to apply "Dependants of settled person" or that of "Tier2 ICT Dependant" for my wife as I have read from UKBA site that if we are getting ILR from other temporary work visa, dependant visa has to be applied in previous category.Kindly confirm.

Also Please give the list of documents required.
