BACK TO STUDY VISA DURING AN APPEAL PROCESS OF SWITCHING

Dear all,

Pls I need kind assistance on this issue, it is possible to go back to student visa during an appeal that involved switching from post study work permit to tier 1 entrepreneur?

@ aboabai, you can go back to student visa if you haven't spend the maximum years allowed under student visa.

You should also be aware that getting admission while on appeal is a very tricky issue.
The key to success is knowledge and hardwork, and to have faith.
