Salary threshold

Post by mohramzan » Thu Jan 15, 2015 1:33 am

Hello there

My name is Mo and I was issued Tier 1 general visa on 19/April/2011 to 19/April/2013 for 2 years.
My second Tier 1 general extension is from 19/04/2013 to 19/04/2016, valid for 3 years.

When i applied first for first extension i was waiting for MSC results from Anglia Ruskin university so considering my age(less than 29) and education at that time my salary threshold was 40K.

But after few months of my first extension i got my Msc results, and for second extension I was told by my case worker in Croyden that my threshold is 35K rather than 40K as I have a Master degree now.

I will be applying for my ILR(Indefinite leave to remain) in early 2016, Could you please help me what will be my salary threshold?

kind regards
Mo
