ILR India Born depandant.. query

Hi All,

I am applying for ILR as a tier 1 (General) migrant along with my spouse and child together.

I need little help with the form for the child in section 5 and 12.

1. Do I need to fill in main application's details in section 5 for a child's form? This is about Home and finances.. I have filled in these details in my(main applicant) form.

2. Do main application need to sign in Section 12 or should it remain empty for a child's form?

You guidance will help a lot.
