Tier1- Marrying ILR

I am currently under TEIR 1 visa from 2011 march and my wedding is
fixed. The person I am marrying is in ILR visa. So after marriage
am I eligible to apply for ILR (by dependant visa) straight away or
I have to wait for 2years or 5 years in dependant visa.

If you switch form Tier 1 to ILR dependent your clock will reset and you have to spend 5 years again to qualify for ILR.
you hold Tier 1 G visa since 2011 and you will be eligible for ILR your own in 2016 why you switch to ILR dependent ?
