Tier2 ICT to ILR and dependants

Hi

i am going to do my ILR in Feb 2015 from Tier2 ICT.
My wife and kid came to UK in sep 2013, so they will not be eligible to apply ilr along with me due to 5yr rule.
However my wife and baby ( born in India) are on T2 ICT dependant visa and valid till Dec 2016.

Can you suggest me what steps i need to take in my spouse case, this will help me to solve my dependants case as well.


1. I go for ILR in feb 2015.

2. Let my wife and kid continue on Tier2 ICT dependant visa till Dec 2016. do i need to take any action on their visa when i move to ILR ?

3. If yes, action required, do i need to apply FLR (M) or PBS Dependant visa for both of them?

4. If no action required, do i need to apply FLR (M) or PBS Dependant visa for both of them in dec 2016 before it expires?

5. Once i get ILR, if i move out from current employer, will Tier2 ICT dependant visa which my dependants hold till dec 2016 is still valid? can they still remain with it?
