ILR via Tier 1 G - PEO Dependent Interview

Post by tier1o » Thu Jan 22, 2015 4:34 pm

Dear All,

I & my wife will apply together; she has passed LIUK and B1 but not very confident while speaking english, my question:

The case working will interview her? or no questions asked from the dependents.

Your help appreciated.
Thanks

You have nothing to worry about, mate.
Your wife has got "sufficient" knowledge in english language as she has got CFRR-B1in speaking-listening, no matter she is not confident enough to speak english.
Even if they call her to question (highly unlikely), they cannot refuse just because she is not speaking good english in-front of them.
She got a piece of paper which says she is having "sufficient" knowledge in english language. They have to go by that. Full Stop.
