Eligibility date for ILR

Hello Experts,

I will be completing 5 years in the UK in March this year and am eligible for ILR under the rules in place before 06-APR-2010.

My query is: I was issued Entry clearance to the UK on 01-FEB-2010 and I entered the UK for the first time on 14-MAR-2010. In this case, do I become eligible on 28 days from 01-FEB-2015 (5 Years from when I was issued the entry clearance to the UK) or do I become eligible on 28 days from 14-MAR-2015 (5 years from when I first entered the UK)?

you entered within 90 day grace period of entry clearance so can apply 28 days prior to 01-FEB-2010.

which visa are you on ?(tier 1 or tier 2)

Thanks, and sorry not to mention it earlier. I am on Tier 2 ICT.
