Tier 2 (ICT) eligible for ILR ?

Hi,

My wife is on Tier 2 ICT since Sep 2010 ( came to UK ion Oct 2010)

VISA Tier 2 (ICT) Established Staff : 28/09/2010 to 01/05/2011 (Came to UK on 10-10-2010 , Went back to India on 31-01-2011 & Came back to UK on 02-04-2011 ( away for 2 months)

VISA Tier 2 (ICT) Established Staff: 24-02-2011 to 24/03/2014 (3 years)
VISA Tier 2 ICT Long term Leave to remain (issued on 15-4-2014): Valid until 25-03-2016

As in Oct 2015, she will complete 5 years, I want to check if she is eligible to apply for Settlement (ILR) in her own right.

Someone told that Tier 2 (ICT) after April 2010 are not eligible for ILR ?
