Please Help for Appeal

I was refused settlement visa because my wife's earning is below the 18,600 pounds. even though we included her savings which is more than 80,000 pounds, however she has not held it for 6 months continuously in her account, at the moment its 6 months
Can I use it to appeal for my visa (settlement)?
