ILR Eligibility Checking

Post by uzairharoon » Thu Jan 29, 2015 3:43 pm

Hi

I have booked peo appointment for myself and my wife for 12 March 2015.

Current Visa Tier 1 General.

Tier 1 General issue date = 09 April 2010
Tier 1 Expiry Date = 11 April 2015

Wife came to uk as a PBS Dependent on 03 Jul 2011

Daughter born in uk, so I am planning to register her through MN1 Form after my ILR.

Total absence from UK in 5 years = 110

Just want to confirm the following points

1. Premium Service Appointment Date booked 12 Mar 2015, Is that ok?
2. My wife can also apply with me using a Set(O) Form ?
3. My Daughter also have PBS Dependent Leave which is expiring on 11 April 2015, Can I regsiter her using MN1 Form directly without ILR?

Many Thanks

Yes for 2nd and 3rd question.
Regarding the 1st one, your visa issued date is 09th April 2010, but when did you land in UK? if you are landed within 90 days of Visa issued date then you can apply 28 days before your visa expired.

You cannot apply your daughters MN1 without your ILR, you can exclude her from your ILR application.
That means once you get your ILR, Register her with MN1.

''Wrong'' Once Parents granted ILR then you be eligible to apply British citizenship on MN1 form for her if she born in UK.

Many Thanks

Regarding the 3rd question he meant he wants to apply directly MN1 for his daughter without including her in his ILR application.(once he gets his ILR).
