ILR + Tier-1 General Dependant

Hi Friends,

I am on Tier-1 General visa and my wife is on Tier-1 General Dependant visa and both visas expire on 25th Feb 2016. I will be eligible for ILR at that time but my wife will need 1.5 years more to get her ILR (She got entry clearance in Aug 2012).

1. When I apply for ILR, can my wife apply PBS Dependant extension (not FLR-M) ?
2. Can we both go to PEO on same day but two different applications ?

Please reply to my questions with some guidance notes where I can refer to.

If you are applying ILR through Tier 1 G route then yes your wife can apply PBS dependent visa for extension.

2. Can we both go to PEO on same day but two different applications ?

Yes You can but remember you need to book two separate appointments Set(O) for you and PBS dependent for your spouse.
