Rejected , help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Post by Maira » Tue Sep 14, 2004 7:40 pm

Hello ALL ,

My HSMP application application has been refused.

1) Can I appeal this decision?

2) In a home office letter it is stated that

"WORK Experience-35 points awarded.

We are not satisfied that sufficient evidence from past employers was
provided to demonstrate that your previous work experience involved
two years senior level as described in the published guidance notes of the HSMP arrangements. Therefore, points have been awarded accordingly."

I have read the HSMP application and it state that I need one year senior
Work experience (under 28).Then why it is stated that I need two years senior Work experience (as stated above in Home Office letter).

As I was working in senior post and i have send the required docs experience letter to HSMP team earlier.

Can you kindly let me know what evidence I should send for demonstrating senior post for the Appeal?

Can any one send me sample senior level experience letter..?

3) What is the procedure for appealing for HSMP?

4) Where exactly are the forms for appealing for HSMP?

5) Do I have to pay fees, if I am sending more prove?

6) Is there is a time limit in which I have to submit the appeal application ?

They also did not gave me points on earning , they did not consider
the pay of part time .They only consider full time job.I was giving
consultany as a part time job on saturaday.

I have send the experience letter, salary slips without stamp and tax papers. What other evidence should i send them to show that i was working
also as part time with my full time position.

They only considered my full time job earning.

Kindly reply as soon as possible.

Thanks.

sorry maira to hear about your refusal.

you can ask for review the application. to hsmp team with prove you already gave them. if u provide new evidences or proofs then should apply again with new application and hsmp fees. review is free and u can ask them for review in 28 days of refusal.

would please tell me that did u got your passport back with documents or not.

Mira,

Sure you can appeal. but first let us know what kind of documents you have submitted as an evidence for your senior level. In addition, give us a sample of the contents of the submitted evidence.

hi..

Now I have total 4 years experience at Senior level and just 1 year experience at executive level...I have send them my appointment letter, experience letter and personal statements which clearly mentions my day to day task at senior level with company's brief introduction and its activities. What more we can send them... Related to my current job, I send employment contract, appreciation letter from employers and other associate with reference letter along with all other docs mentioned earlier.

Your refusal has raised doubts about my application also...
What other has to say about it...pls comment..

I have send every thing except organization chart ,can i appeal
by giving them new evidence..? As i am 28 now and when i applied
i was 27. So if i make fresh application i will loose more points.

Also how much senior level work experience needed under 28
categeory. As they stated (above) in letter they require 2 years
work experience.

yes i received my passport and others docs back.

I need

1) Senior level work experience sample.

2) What docs i needed to supply them to satisfy senior level
and my income as these two sector i would be appealing for.

You can send me on email also maira_onlyyou@hotmail.com

I hope someone would help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Advance thx

Thanks,

Maira,

We need to know the contents of the reference letter to see if it suits the HO requirements. This will help us to decide to appeal or to reapply.

You can appeal but without sending any new documents.
So I think that if you appeal you could tell them in a letter why you think the decision is wrong. Also saying that the HO requires only 1 senior level year will help as they said they want 2 years. Send the letter by fax.

If the income for the part-time job is not decalred for taxes, they will not consider it.

Try first to appeal and see what they will do and if this fails, you can then reapply if can score 65 points as over 28 applicant.

I think there is a confusion in the HO reply itself....

"WORK Experience-35 points awarded.

We are not satisfied that sufficient evidence from past employers was
provided to demonstrate that your previous work experience involved
two years senior level as described in the published guidance notes of the HSMP arrangements. Therefore, points have been awarded accordingly."

This clearly states they were looking for evidences which justifies 2 years senior level experience while published guidance notes ask for 1 year only.. :o & :?

Tell me how many years total experience you have claimed, junior and senior, both..

First make sure they have made mistake in evaluation before reapply so its easy to make a valid point on strong ground, I guess

It would be good if they accept this as typing mistake but to be at safer side you can do one more thing i.e.

At the most, they may not be convinced about the senior level experience, i guess... So it would be good if you clarify that point also with letter.. I would advise you to take opinions of more senior people before making any move as this is bit complicated and never seen before scenerio...thanks

I have two grounds to apply for appeal.

1) They havn't given me points for senior level
as there letter stated that i need 2 years senior level under 28
I can argue in that ...........................

2) They did not consider my part time job though i have sent all proof

of part time also

1) employe letter 2) salry detail in letter head 3) pay slips with stamp
4) tax docs

Can any one explain me how shall i argue in both cases .....
can anyone send me written sample for that .
senior people please help me in this matter

thx

Yes maria same with me i also got refusal letter problem was that they didnt recg. my graduate level work and my earnings.

you can read the guideline of hsmp an see is there any point in favour of you that apply for review other wise my advice to you that you can collect solid proof of ypur claiming points and apply for new application if u sent new proofs with review application they will not reconsider it . its only a waste of time.

problem with me that iam also in student status here but they didnt sent back my passport.

HI ALL

I had applied for HSMP under 28 of age , but my case was refused as they don’t accept my qualification and as well as my earnings , as I am doing part time teaching also .
They score me 40 points only for my age and work experience.

I applied case on 7th April
Decision made on my application on 3rd September
I received my application on 27th September ( Lahore , Pakistan )

How can i apply to review my HSMP application?
From where I can download review application form for HSMP?

Is it better to apply for review application and in how many days I can apply to review my application?

Please answer me as soon as possible

thanks
