Are online printed payslips acceptable?

Post by sqaush » Sat Jan 31, 2015 1:04 pm

Hi,

All of my husbands payslips from the last 12 months are online. Would printed copies of these be acceptable? I only ask because I remember our solicitor telling us a couple of years ago when we applied for the spouse visa that online bank statements and bills etc would not be accepted and we had to request copies on official headed paper. Would it help if his employer wrote a letter to go with them? Obviously he has his employment contract as well.

Also, how many would you recommend including? Would 6 months be ok? He gets paid weekly so he'll be submitting a lot of payslips.

Thank you for your help.

Hello,

You can take print out and your husband's employer should attest your online printed payslip. without attestation HO will not accept.

Also, your husband's employer should a get a letter from his employer which can confirm that he is permanent employee and get XXXX salary per anum.

so 1- Attestation on online payslip, 2- Letter from the Employer.

I hope it helps.

Hi Madnan24 and other members
Now I am little bit worry about my application.
I have given online payslip without any seal or attested and an employer letter that has breakdown of 12 months payment.

I asked to give seal and singed in payslip but admin did not wanted to sign all payslips and advised to give employer letter. I thought it should work as HO need either payslip or employer letter to get prove of earning.

Now I am worry about it. What you guys think about it?

I applied for ILR under tier 1 general

Please give me some of your view on it.

Hello Moonmoon,

I believe it should be ok if you already send them your employer letter which confirmed that you are getting XXX salary per month.

They can confirm with your bank statement.

I hope it helps.
