Can I apply claiming nine months of Salary

Hi,

I want to apply for HSMP but I have only nine consecutive months of salary with supporting documents.In last nine months I have earned more than 40K pounds for Band A country.That is 45 points


Other than that I have degree certificate claiming 30 points.So total points are 75 exactly.

Should I go ahead and apply.

Please let me know if there is a risk in that.

You can goahead with 9 continuos months salary

1. if it can reach the target points that you require
2. if that continous 9 months falls under the prior to 15 months of the date of your application.

to be precise, the 9 months has to be within a continouus 12 month period out of the last 15 months
