Hi there,
I am going to apply for ILR under Tier 2 General for myself and my wife next Monday at Croydon PEO. Just wanted to make sure I got the essential documents:
Documents :
Section 1 – Application details:
• Passport – Current & Old
• BRP
Section 2 – Dependent details:
• Passport
• BRP
Section 4 - Knowledge of language and life in the UK
• Life in the UK certificate ( Main applicant + Dependent
• Degree Certificate – Main Applicant
• UK Naric letter
• Degree Certificate – Dependent
Section 5 - Home & Finances
• Employer reference letter
• Last 3 months bank statement
• Last 3 months payslips
• P60 for past 5 years
Section 6 – Immigration History
• Employer letter – Absence from the UK
• Death certificate issued in India
Section 8 – Photographs
• 2 photographs each – Main applicant + Dependant
Additional Documents
• Personal letter ( explaining the reversal of surname and given name in the Iife in the UK certificate)
• Dependant co-habitation evidence :
o Council tax bill ( 2012-2013, 2013-2014, 2104-2015)
o Home contents insurance ( 2013-2014, 2014-2015)
o Letter from The Highland and Western Isles Valuation Joint Board (main applicant & dependant)
o Landlord reference letter
o Joint account bank statement
o Home office BRP letter (main applicant & dependant)
o Marriage certificate
Also enclosed the photocopies of the support documents
