Tier-1 extn -Urgent query

I am planning to apply for tier-1 extn next month . I joined my current company on 27th Jan 2014 and my February 14 salary is inclusive of 4 days from January 14 . I am planning to submit salary slips from Feb-14 to Jan-15 .Would it be fine .Please confirm.

Yes these 4 days are also coming within in 12 months claim time period so shouldn't be any problem .
salary slips from Feb-14 to Jan-15 is absolutely fine to claim if you are applying in March.

no-no, not fine. you would then be submitting 12 months and 4 days.
you have to either take january 15 out completely or the whole period from jan 27 to feb 28 of 2014.

if in the above case you dont have enough money, you need to separate the 4 days somehow to show what was paid for only feb 2014.
through an employer letter for instance. although this is not ideal if the amount on bank statement is also just a single sum. are your payslips monthly?

or can you use march 2014 to feb 2015 inclusive if you are applying in march?
