Can i get two references for Naturalisation application, from my friend and his wife, both are British citizen.

If you read application carefully,Its mentioned on that page that referee 1 shouldn't have any relation with referee 2.I am not sure but read it again,i think in this case you need to make one of them your referee ,Second one of your referee need to have professional qualification and job,its also mentioned on that page.

referees should not be related to each other so no you cannot.
