ILR BRP Card - Passport Renewal

Just have a quick query about ILR BRP card and would appreciate if anyone with the experience can advise.

My daughter has Indefinite Leave to Remain and BRP card issued. We have recently renewed her passport and would like to know whether BRP needs to be updated or BRP team need to be notified of the passport renewal? I tried searching online but it all guides about notification requirements for change in circumstances and I am not sure whether passport renewal needs notifying?

I do not think you need to notify about passport change

It is not a change in circumstances... you have just updated a document which was expiring.

There is no need to do anything if a passport is renewed, just carry both with you if you travel in case any questions are asked.
