Tier 2 Switching Sponsor..need help

Hi Guys,

i am in Tier 2 (employer Sponsored) for almost 2 years as a web designer. as a new entrant.

i found new employer who is willing to sponsor. i don't know the process for switching.

1. can any one tell me if this role has to pass RLMT ??

2. can any one please post links for the relative application forms and Guidance notes ??

please mention if anyone knows the Time lines for switching.

RLMT is required to switch from T2(G) to T2(G).

Do i need to show the maintenance funds again for this extension ??

As far as I know, no requirement for Maintenance or English Language required and you will need a restricted CoS.

T2(G) to T2(G) switch from within UK does not need a restricted CoS. An unrestricted CoS is fine.

I am waiting for the RLMT to finish since it has been only 2 weeks since they advertised the job. once the 28 days are over is there any RLMT proof that my new employer need to submit before they generate COS ?? or anything that i need to carry to show UKBA when i went to one day visa.

Nothing specifically to be done. There's a placeholder for providing URL for the job application while generating the CoS. Otherwise, nothing from your side. Home office will do their own verification in the background and if any doubts, they will contact the employer to send the relevant documentation or make a visit to their office for verification.
