After you have obtained the HSMP approval letter, the next step is to apply for the Entry Clearance (EC). The download link for the form which is needed to fill called as VAF1 is

Guidance to fill the form :
Mentioned in the form :Your photograph must be:• Passport style and size (size of image 45mm x 35mm)
what i have found from this forum is that the size of photograph should be 50mm X 50mm. so follow this rule.

SECTION 1 - WHAT TYPE OF VISA ARE YOU APPLYING FOR?
In the others - please specify HSMP

If you are applying as a visitor, for how long do you want the visa to be valid? Note: You may only stay in the UK for a maximum of 6 months at any one time, provided that your visa remains valid.
6 months ! 1 year ! 2 years ! 5 years ! 10 years ! Do not check any box here

From SECTION 2 – to SECTION 4:
Fill as per you details.

SECTION 5 – ABOUT YOUR STAY IN THE UK:
How long do you intend to stay in the uk ? 2 years
On what date do you intend to arrive? according to you need
Why are you going to the UK? To do job under HSMP programme
Do you intend to set yourself up in business while you are in the UK? NO
Please give the full address and telephone number of all the places where you will be staying during your visit, including hotels.
Fill the details of your friends/relative or hotel where u will staying address and your telephone address

SECTION 7 – EMPLOYMENT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM:
What job do you propose to take in the UK? Mention about your job domain
Please give the name, address and telephone number of your UK employer if u have any job offer , fill the details
Are you applying to go to the UK as a work permit holder? No
SECTION 10 - OTHER INFORMATION :
If u wish you can provide some details about your application

Also you need to submit a form for Integra verification if you applying under HSMP programme. which is located at http://ukvisas.integrascreen.com/Inform ... /Home.aspx

HI,
there are two forms
i)nonsettlement form and other one
ii) HSMP
which one to fill?
nonsettletment form also has hsmp as a checkbox and this one asks for lot of details and past 2 years employers details.
whereas hsmp form asks only for last one year.
pls clarify.
