ILR 5 Year calculation - Employment Letter - Query

Hi All,


I am applying for my ILR on 1st week of March 2015. I have calculated my 5 years continuous stay as below

Year1 – 10-March-2015 to 11-March 2014 - 0 days
Year2 – 10-March-2014 to 11-March 2013 – 109 days
Year3 – 10-March-2013 to 11-March 2012 – 0 days
Year4 – 10-March-2012 to 11-March 2011 – 91 days
Year5– 10-March-2011 to 11-March 2010 – 18 days

Please let me know whether I need to submit absence letter from the previous employer

During these above period I was working in another company and it will be difficult for me to get the letter from my old company

Please advise me on this query

absence letter is not mandatory requirement as long as holidays are less than 180 days
