Hi

I've been in conversation with a woman at my Ncs who spoke to a case worker at the H.O and they advised her to tell us that it's a 50/50 gamble and depends on.the case worker as to whether Bc will be granted. The Ncs woman said I should write a covering letter explaining how yes my hubby overstayed 18 months but he voluntarily left when he realised going back and applying for a spouse visa from his country was the right way to do it. She said it may help it.may not... If hrs refused it's a 10 year ban.
