Tier 2 (General) - TB screening (Currently in UK )

Dear Friends,

Currently I am in UK from last 4 years on Tier 2 ICT and my wife as dependent on me.

My wife got a job in UK and she has to apply for Tier 2 General (main) visa from India. Does she or dependent on her need to take TB test even she lived in UK. From below site, it says you dont need test if you’re a returning UK resident and haven’t been away for more than 2 years Or you lived for at least 6 months in a country where TB screening is not required by the UK, and you’ve been away from that country for no more than 6 months . Is that true in our case. Its quite confusing, please help.

Who doesn’t need to be tested
You won’t need a TB test if any of the following apply:

1.you’re a diplomat accredited to the UK
2. you’re a returning UK resident and haven’t been away for more than 2 years
3. you lived for at least 6 months in a country where TB screening is not required by the UK, and you’ve been away from that country for no more than 6 months

I am in same situation as above and also to add on to the TB screening request.

I am in UK currently on Tier 2 ICT and will be leaving UK on 22 Feb to apply under Tier 2 (already got my Restricted COS allocation).
My employer wanted to ensure I get a visa appointment before going to India.
However without giving details of the below section, I cannot submit my application and get an appointment.

Please Enter Details of up to your 5 most recent visits (which will include my 22feb exit from UK)

Can you guide me what I can do in such a scenario please?
