FLR M or PBS Dependant

Hi All

I am in the UK since 2010 on TIER 1 General. I have lived for 5 years and qualify for ILR in April. My wife Joined me in 2013 on dependant visa. She does not qualify for ILR but her visa ends with me in April. My question is what form will I use for her extension ? Would it be FLR M or as PBS dependant ? I have tried to find the info but haven't succeeded.

Would be thankful if someone can shed some light.
