Hello,
I came into UK under Tier2 EST STAF in NOV 2010.

If I change category to T2G in March 2015,
1) For How Long Can I be under T2G category?
2) If I stay 5 years under T2G, will I be eligible for ILR ?

Hi,

Answer to your queries:

1). Under rules placed after 14 June 2012, Tier 2G cannot be extended beyond 6 years.

2). yes, if you stay under T2G for 5 years, you will be eligible for ILR.
