Has anyone used Surinder Singh route for aged parents

Post by uk2k10 » Tue Feb 17, 2015 1:53 pm

Hi,

Was wondering if anyone was successful in using Surinder Singh route to bring his/her elderly parents to UK from India (or any other Non EU country).

Can you please share your experience .......

Any other route/process someone would have used to get elderly parents to move permanently to UK.

I think the UK is actively looking to block this one so my guess is it will only get harder/impossible.

I totally agree ...

But there are always some smart (like a lot of people on the forum) and some desperate(like me) who workout a way. Hopefully someone has done in this scenario as well.

If they share it might help others as well.

Here is one such judgement, if it helps someone.

I am looking for some success story with parents. (Though I understand family would mean parents, but if someone specifically has fought this for their parents. His/Her inputs would be a great asset for the forum).

This topic has been discussed a lot but this will not go away till we are united with our parents.

Do share your inputs friends
