Hi im new to here and i need urgent response from senior members.
My employer carried out RLMT and they applied for restricted cos this month. then UKVI requested more info and we replied to them on time. After 3 days they emailed my employee saying we used the wrong soc code and our job description matching with level 4 soc code, now my employer doesn't know what to do. can they do new RLMT and apply for restricted cos? and is it going to be risky? they might think employer just trying to get me.
