Tier 2 Applying for ILR

Hi! just need your help regarding my case.

i was granted Tier 2 GM visa on Feb 15 2010
i first arrived here in the UK on March 16 2010
i renewed my first Tier 2 GM and will expire on March 29 2015

just for clarification about the "28 Days before"

i booked for premium service for application for ILR on March 10 2015, am i already qualified to do so?
and i have red this in their guidelines:

"If you entered the UK with a visa several weeks or more after the date from which it was valid for use, you may need to apply for an extension of stay to complete the relevant qualifying period."

what does it mean? does it apply to me as i arrived here "29 Days AFTER" my first Tier 2 GM was granted.

Thanks a lot in advance. if anyone who has applied already which is on the same situation please share as well.
