3) Maintanance letter from employer

5) 2 Photographs
6) Passport and Visa copies

a)Can you please let me know if i am missing anything

c) when should i submit the Biometric details (Is it with the application? if yes where can i get the Home office Barcode)
d) My current salary is 33000 so does it effect my ILR as salary threshold is 35.5K,I am going for ILR in 2017 so will this effect

a. Documents are fine.
b. Yes, its fine.
c. You will get a letter from home office in few days on the biometrics (how and what to do).
d. Your current salary does not matter for ILR application. Your salary at the time of ILR application should be above the threshold.

So initially I had to fill the application form an send it to Home office, Once its been received after few days Home office will be sending the Biometrics letter which I has to present it at the post office and submit my Biometrics which will be sent back to the home office again.
1) Can you please correct me if I am wrong
2) How long will it take to get the Biometrics letter from Home office as I has only 6 weeks stay on my current visa
3) Do I need to send the Biometrics again to them or is it an Online form where Postoffice will revert them??

Thanks in Advance!!

Correct.

2) How long will it take to get the Biometrics letter from Home office as I has only 6 weeks stay on my current visa
It varies from application to application. If it's a straight-forward application, expect the letter in 2-3 weeks. As long as you've sent your application to home office before your current visa expiry, you are fine. You can continue to remain in UK until a decision is made.
3) Do I need to send the Biometrics again to them or is it an Online form where Postoffice will revert them??
Didnt get the question. Once you visit the post office, they will take care of sending it to home office.

Thanks in Advance!!
