acknowledgement/receipt confirmation still waiting

I sent my naturalisation form on last Monday via NCS, still didn't get any receipt/acknowledgement from UKBA. Is this normal or do i need call them to confirm.

Thanks for your advice.

You should get a letter from HO soon, usually between 7-15 days.
NCS should mail tracking number.
I am sometimes wrong.
