eligible to apply ILR or not

Please really need to clarify.

Enter to the UK on the 17th Feb 2010 as a Tire 2 general migrant. First employment came to an end in Sep 2011 as the first company closed down. Soon after this, got a job offer from the current employer, visa for the current employment granted on the 22nd DEC 2011 (application was raised in Sep 2011). Between the finishing time of the first employment and the new visa for the second employment, there was a three months gap. Will this effect the ILR application due in this month? (5 years since 17th of Feb 2010).

Any answers will be much appreciated.
