Entry and Exit Tracking of 180 Days +bank statements for ILR

Hi,

I've been through my passport quite a few times now and really struggling to track down my entry and exit dates and whether it is 180 days in consecutive 5 years? If that's the case then I might have exceeded it. Or is it 180 days in 12 months? How do I list them all?

Another thing is that I haven't yet had my recent two months bank statements and my visa is running out this week so will they accept a print out from bank? Should I add this in my cover letter that it will follow later as and when I receive it?

Please advice.
