ILR Applying in Feb 2016 ( showing stocks in salary)

Hi Guys,

I am bit confused for my IRL eligibility

I got Tier 1 in March 2011 then got extension in 2013 my visa will going to expire in March.

My Age = 30, Earning 48,000, got Master and I have proper bank balance as well.

I think I am short of 2000 pounds.

I want to ask you guys can I show earning from my stocks my company provides as a salary package every month.
They release about stock of about 500 pounds every month sometime more and my company pays the tax on those stocks as well and they mention them in my pay-slip.

Could you please tell my can I show stocks as in my salary or not?
