I had my interview as I posted above on 27th January I can happily say my husband was granted his spouse visa, and has been here since 13th Feb. This was the only ever visa we applied for he had never been out of Nigeria before.
My interview was in London however I believe they have them in different areas, the interview is on Skype video link and you use a headset and I managed to record my interview on my mobile, i was able to make a list from my answers, here is what questions I was asked....

20. Does your spouse have any children
21. Does your spouse have any siblings
22. What is their names.
23.are they married

25. Are your spouses parent's alive.

29. What date did that marriage take place
30. What date did you get divorced.
