Plz help FLR(FP) or Asylum

Iam still waiting for my UT permission for my FLR(O)..
If UT refused,then i have Two options in my mind..
Because i have evidence of persecution for my family if we go back to our country
I been in UK 7years, my childrens are 5 years now..Atleast i need 2 more years here for 7year child route
Option1:
Apply FLR(FP) privatelife(10year):

Age over18 living in UK continuously less than 20 years
" can demonstrate there would be very significant obstacles to the applicant’s
integration into the country to which he would have to go if required to leave the UK".

Option2:
Apply Asylum on protection grounds.

Please anyone give any possible option for me..And if i go for asylum can i get appeal rights because its completely new claim and new issue from my previous immigration history??????
